Applied AI, built for how your business runs.

Glyfibitz is an AI and software studio. We design machine learning, generative AI and custom software for businesses in every sector, then stay until it works in daily operations.

A decade in AIbuilding machine learning and generative AI systems that run in production

Any sector, any scalefrom early-stage startups to established enterprises

Global deliveryworking with clients across time zones

Most businesses already hold the answers they need. They sit in billing screens, spreadsheets, camera feeds and the habits of their best people. We connect that data, build the model or tool that puts it to work, and hand your team something they trust on a busy Monday morning.

Selected work

We keep client names private. The problems, the systems and what changed for the teams are real. Open any project to see how it works.

  • The problem

Defects surfaced at final inspection, days after a batch was made. Nobody could trace a reject back to a machine, a shift or a material lot.

    What we built

An end-to-end quality pipeline that joins production, machine and inspection records. Models flag the process conditions linked to rejects, and a plant dashboard shows risk while batches are still running.

    What changed for the team

Quality reviews moved from "who made the mistake" to "which parameter drifted". Engineers act on a risky batch before it reaches inspection.

  • The problem

Visual checks were manual, slow, and varied from one inspector and one shift to the next.

    What we built

A camera-based inspection system that detects surface defects in real time and saves every decision with its image, so each call can be audited later.

    What changed for the team

Every part is checked to the same standard. Inspectors now spend their time on borderline cases instead of the obvious ones.

  • The problem

Delivery-app prices were set by gut feel. Platform commissions and discounts were quietly eating into every order.

    What we built

A pricing model that combines order history, item margins, commissions and local price ranges to recommend item prices and combos for each platform.

    What changed for the team

The owner reviews a short weekly price sheet instead of guessing, and knows the true margin on every delivery order.

    • Forecasting

  • The problem

Stock was counted on paper, and wastage only showed up at month end as a smaller profit.

    What we built

Simple stock tracking with daily usage and wastage logging, plus analytics that link what sells to the ingredients it consumes.

    What changed for the team

Orders to suppliers follow what actually sells, and the team can see which items and which days drive waste.

  • The problem

Enquiries, quotations and follow-ups lived in notebooks and personal phones. Good leads went cold.

    What we built

A customer management system for walk-ins, quotes, orders, deliveries and follow-up reminders, designed around how the sales floor already works.

    What changed for the team

Every enquiry has an owner and a next step. Management sees the full pipeline without calling around.

  • The problem

Orders, materials and job status were tracked in spreadsheets that broke as volume grew.

    What we built

A production backend that follows each order from cutting to dispatch, with material requirements and stage-wise status for every job.

    What changed for the team

The floor and the office look at the same status. Delivery dates are promised from data, not memory.

What we build

AI is our core. Software and marketing are how it reaches your customers and your team. One studio, one point of contact, from the first model to the last landing page.

Generative AI

Assistants that answer from your own documents, agents that clear repetitive back-office work, and content tools with guardrails your team can rely on.

  • Knowledge assistants over your documents
  • Workflow agents for email, orders and reports
  • Customer chat and voice assistants
  • Evaluation and safety checks before launch

Machine learning and analytics

Predictive models built on the data you already collect, from customer behaviour to operations and risk, with dashboards people open every day.

  • Forecasting and predictive modelling
  • Customer segmentation, churn and lifetime value
  • Recommendation and personalisation
  • Risk scoring and fraud detection
  • Anomaly detection and monitoring
  • Text analytics and NLP
  • Pricing and optimisation models
  • MLOps, model monitoring and BI dashboards

Computer vision

Cameras that inspect, count and read, running on standard hardware at your site.

  • Defect detection and visual inspection
  • Counting and movement tracking
  • Reading labels, invoices and forms
  • On-site deployment without heavy servers

Software and web apps

CRMs, inventory, production and booking systems shaped around your process. Online, or offline-first for sites with patchy internet.

  • CRMs and sales pipelines
  • Inventory and production tracking
  • Booking systems and customer portals
  • Offline-first desktop and mobile apps

Digital marketing

Websites and campaigns measured on enquiries and sales, not impressions.

  • Websites and landing pages
  • SEO and Google Business Profile
  • Google and Meta ad campaigns
  • Analytics and conversion tracking

How a project runs

A small, provable first step, then a system built for daily use. You see results on your own data before committing to a full build.

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

We sit with the people who will use the system, walk the floor and find the one decision worth improving first.

  2. 02

    Prove it on your data

A focused pilot on real data with a clear success measure agreed upfront. If it doesn't hold up, you'll know early.

  3. 03

    Build for daily use

Production-grade software with simple screens, connected to the tools you already use.

  4. 04

    Hand over and support

Training, documentation and monitoring. You own the code, the models and the data.

You own everything

Code, models and data are yours at handover. No lock-in.

Your data stays private

NDA by default. We can run on your servers or your cloud.

One accountable lead

You talk to the person designing the system, not a relay.

Questions we hear

It depends on scope. Most projects start with a fixed-price pilot, so you see results on your own data before committing to a full build. Share your problem and we'll send a clear estimate, usually within two working days.

Pilots typically take three to six weeks. A full system usually takes two to four months, delivered in working stages so your team can use it along the way.

Often the first win is simple: clean, connected data and one well-chosen model or tool. We'll tell you honestly if a spreadsheet fix or a basic app will do the job better than AI.

We sign an NDA before we see any data, use only the access a task needs, and can deploy on your own servers or cloud account. For sensitive sites we build fully offline systems.

You do. At handover you get the source code, trained models, documentation and admin access.

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, keep overlapping hours for calls and reviews in your time zone, and travel on site when the work needs it.

Tell us what's slowing your team down.

A short description is enough to start. We reply within one working day with questions or a first view on how we'd approach it.
